Terms of service
Last updated: 3 November 2026
1. Who we are
These terms apply to the services offered on arrivalcardhelp.com by Vetrax Group LLC (Delaware LLC, File No. 10812990), 8 The Green, Ste B, Dover, DE 19901, USA, [email protected] ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected]. We help with these travel documents: the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC), the India e-Visa and e-Arrival card, the All Indonesia arrival card, the Indonesia e-VOA and the Bali tourist levy ("travel documents").
2. We are not the government
We are a private company. We are not a government, an immigration authority or an embassy of Thailand, India, Indonesia or any other country, and we are not affiliated with them. You are free to do everything yourself on the official websites: the TDAC, the India e-Arrival card and the All Indonesia arrival card are free of charge; the India e-Visa, the Indonesia e-VOA and the Bali levy cost only the official government fee. The Government of India states that the e-Visa is fully online and that no intermediary is needed: our service is optional. If you use our service, you pay for our assistance; government fees are passed on to you at cost (section 7).
3. What our service includes
- A form where you enter your details, also before the official time window opens.
- A check of your details by a member of our staff; for visas, also a check of your photo and passport scan against the official specifications.
- Submission of your application on the official website, on your behalf, inside the official time window (for example within the 72 hours before arrival for the TDAC and the India e-Arrival card, within the 3 days before arrival for the All Indonesia arrival card). For visas we submit only after your final approval of the data.
- For the India e-Visa and the Indonesia e-VOA: payment of the government fee to the government, charged to you at cost. For the Bali levy: help to pay it on the official website and a check that your voucher is valid.
- Sending you the confirmation or the visa by email.
- Email support until your arrival date.
4. Your authorisation
By placing an order you authorise us to fill in and submit the travel documents you ordered on your behalf, and on behalf of the other travellers you list, using the data and the answers you give us.
Other travellers and children. If you order for other people, you confirm with a separate tick box that you are legally allowed to act for each of them and to give us their data. For children under 18, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian, or that you have the permission of their parents or guardians. You are responsible towards us if this is not true.
5. Your responsibilities
- You must give complete and correct data, exactly as in the passport, and answer the official declaration questions (for example health, customs and security questions) truthfully.
- You must tell us about any change (flight, dates, hotel) as soon as possible.
- To be on time, orders must reach us at least 24 hours before your arrival for arrival cards, at least 7 days before travel for the India e-Visa and at least 3 days before departure for the Indonesia e-VOA. Later orders are handled on a best-effort basis.
6. What we cannot promise
An arrival card is not a visa. Visas (India e-Visa, Indonesia e-VOA) are granted or refused only by the government, which also decides how long it takes; there is no official express service. Entry into the country is decided only by its authorities. We cannot guarantee that a visa will be granted or that you will be allowed to enter, and we are not responsible for decisions of the authorities, for visa requirements, or for problems caused by wrong data you gave us. If an official website is down, we will keep trying and tell you.
7. Prices and payment
Prices are shown, including all fees and taxes, before you enter any data. You pay when you order.
Government fees (India e-Visa, Indonesia e-VOA, Bali levy) are shown separately from our service fee and passed on to you at cost: the amount charged by the official website on the day we pay it, plus any bank or card charge that website adds. If the official fee has gone up before we pay it, we ask for your agreement before paying; if it is lower, we refund the difference.
You can pay by card (processed by Stripe) or with PayPal. Prices include VAT where it applies. We send you a receipt or invoice by email after payment.
The charge on your statement will show the name ARRIVALCARDHELP. Questions about a payment? Write to us first: we answer quickly and refund when due.
8. Cancellation and refunds
See our refund policy. Government fees are non-refundable once paid to the government.
9. Liability
If our mistake causes a problem with your travel document, we will correct it free of charge and, if it cannot be corrected, refund our fee. Apart from that, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, and does not affect your rights as a consumer.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If you are a consumer living in the EU/EEA, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you can also use the courts of your country.
11. Clauses you accept specifically
Before paying, you accept separately and expressly, with their own tick box, the following clauses: section 4 (acting for other travellers and children), section 6 (what we cannot promise), section 9 (liability), section 10 (applicable law) and sections 2 and 3 of the refund policy (loss of the right of withdrawal once the service is complete).
12. Complaints
Write to [email protected]. We answer within 2 working days.
